Processing Time:
All orders are made to order.

Our standard processing time is 1–3 weeks. This includes the time it takes to prepare, pack, and ship your items with care. During busy seasons or collection drops, processing may take longer.

Delivery Time:
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery is 15–30 business days, depending on the destination country and local courier services. Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Express Shipping:
Orders shipped via express services (such as UPS or FedEx) typically arrive within 4–10 business days. Express shipping provides faster delivery but may involve additional charges.

Pre-Order Season Notice

During our Pre-Order Season, all orders are processed and produced once the season has ended. This allows us to manage production efficiently and reduce waste. Your order will be shipped after the pre-order window closes. If there are any unexpected delays or issues with your order, we will contact you directly with updates and an estimated shipping date. We appreciate your patience and support as we bring each release to life with care.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. This allows you to monitor your package and see the estimated arrival date.

Our designs are created to honour Sikh history and pay tribute to the warriors who shaped our community.

As the brand continues to grow, our mission remains to keep our history alive and inspire future generations to stay connected to their culture and bring the community together.

Rooted in the Sikh principle of seva, we also give back to those in need. Every December, 100 percent of our profits are donated to charity, along with a percentage of our yearly sales.

Giving back to the community is a core part of our journey and values.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged or defective items received.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assist you with either a refund or a replacement, depending on availability.

Exchanges and Returns

We do not offer exchanges or returns.

Order Changes

Orders are fulfilled after 48 hours to allow for processing.

Changes to size, product, or shipping details may not be possible after this window.
Cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed, as each piece is produced with care and intention.

Refunds and Exchanges Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only processed in cases where:

• The item was received damaged or defective

• The wrong product was sent

Incorrect sizing due to customer error does not qualify for a return or refund.

Address Verification

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, including apartment or flat numbers.
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless premium shipping was used. For such issues, please contact your local postal service.

Sustainable, On-Demand Production

All AKAALXRH products are made to order as part of our commitment to sustainable, low-waste production.
Because of this, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after the order has been placed. Your support helps us reduce overproduction and stay eco-conscious.
